Nature's pharmacy from Pagramantis Regional Park

Organic bee products for immunity, energy and everyday wellbeing. We draw on traditional apitherapy and scientifically reviewed studies — including the LSMU Beekeeping Centre and international medical databases (links under each product).

Bee bread

Bee bread

What it is. Naturally fermented pollen stored in honeycomb cells (perga) — often easier to digest than raw pollen.

Benefits. Source of B vitamins, amino acids and micronutrients. Reviews link it with antioxidant activity, energy support and better uptake than pollen.

How to use. About 1 teaspoon (10–15 g) in the morning, chewed slowly. Mix with honey or yoghurt if preferred.

Honey (forest & meadow)

Honey (forest & meadow)

Benefits. Natural carbohydrates and bioactive compounds. Studied for antimicrobial effects and wound care; in daily diet — energy and a traditional sugar alternative.

How to use. As a sugar substitute in tea (not boiling hot), on bread, in porridge, baking and marinades. For medical skin use — only if a clinician recommends medical-grade honey.

Pollen

Pollen

What it is. Flower pollen collected and packed by bees into tiny pellets.

Benefits. Proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants — traditionally used for tone and seasonal support.

How to use. About 15–20 g/day; chew or mix with cool food/drinks (avoid boiling liquids). Start small if new to pollen.

Propolis

Propolis

What it is. Resinous material bees collect from tree buds to seal and protect the hive. We sell dry propolis; tinctures and ointments are prepared from it.

Benefits. Reviews describe antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties; often used for mouth/throat comfort and skin care.

How to use. Dry propolis may be briefly chewed, or made into diluted tincture/ointment as directed by a pharmacist. Do not put undiluted spirit extract on mucosa. Avoid if allergic to bee products.

Beeswax candles

Beeswax candles

Benefits. 100% beeswax, no paraffin — gentle honey/wax scent, typically cleaner burn. A comfort and atmosphere product, not a medicine.

How to use. Burn on a heat-safe stand; never leave unattended.
