When you submit a contact, product enquiry or education form, we may receive: name (or organisation), phone number, email address, message content and related enquiry details (e.g. requested products).
3. Why we use it
We use the data only to reply to your enquiry and arrange an order, pick-up / delivery or visit. We do not use it for marketing lists without separate consent and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Form delivery
Form submissions are delivered via Web3Forms to our email. The provider processes the data only for transmission.
5. Visit statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-friendly visit statistics without cookies and without identifying individuals. Aggregated metrics (e.g. page views) are counted.
6. Retention
We keep correspondence and enquiries as long as needed to reply and complete the order / visit, or as required by law (e.g. accounting).
