• Honey

  A natural product bees make from nectar and honeydew. About 300 micro- and macroelements. Colour and aroma depend on flowering plants: lighter honey is usually milder; darker honey is richer in minerals. In folk medicine used to restore strength; also works as a sugar alternative.

• Bee bread

  Pollen preserved in the comb. Contains almost all nutrients a person needs: vitamins, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals and trace elements. Recommended for anaemia and digestive issues.

  Resinous substances bees collect from tree buds; may be yellow, brown, grey or greenish. Strong antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties; supports tissue healing and immunity.
